If you are coming from the Dulles Toll Road, take the Spring Hill Road exit towards Tyson's. Bear right at the light continuing on Spring Hill Road. Turn right at the next light onto Tyco Road. Dogtopia is approximately 1/2 mile on your right, BEFORE the car dealership. Dogtopia will be listed in a large sign listing all the various companies in the Industrial Park and you will also see a small Dogtopia sign posted on the ground near the entrance to the Industrial Park. Pull into the Industrial Park and stay to the right, all the way to the end and turn left to the front of the building, #8528F. The entrance to Dogtopia faces the Toll Road, it does not face Tyco Road.

If you are coming from Route 7 going west, come outside the capital beltway and pass the Tyson's Corner Mall. Tyco Road will be after Spring Hill Road and before the entrance to the Dulles Toll Road on Route 7. Take a right onto Tyco Road between two car dealerships. Immediately after you pass the dealerships on your left, you will see Dogtopia will be listed in a large sign listing all the various companies in the Industrial Park and you will see a small Dogtopia sign posted on the ground near the enterance to the Industrial Park. Make a left into the industrial park and stay to the right, all the way to the end and turn left to the front of the building, #8528-F. The enterance to Dogtopia faces the Toll Road, it does not face Tyco Road.
