If you are Registering for a GROUP CLASS, follow the link to Class Registration and Print out the C&C PALS class registration form as well as the Happy Tails Dog Owners Agreement form and send the two (2) forms along with payment to : C&C PALS 7790 Willow Point Drive, Falls Church VA 22042

The form must reach us, with payment, prior to the start of the class to guarantee enrollment. For Group Classes you will be contacted 1 to 3 days before the start date of the class to confirm your enrollment in the class. You will not be called before that time.

To join the Puppy class, your Puppy must have his second set of shots by the time he attends class, which is Week 2.

If you are Registering for DAY TRAINING, follow the link to Day Training Registration and Print out the C&C PALS day training registration form and send the form along with payment to :

For Day Training you will be contacted as soon as your registration and payment has been received to confirm your enrollment and to coordinate a start date.
