Payment and Cancellation Policy -
Please Read Carefully
If you need to cancel your scheduled Day Training session, please do so as soon as possible.
Payment is due in advance, before the Day Training sessions begin. You can leave payment with the ODAH Center when dropping off your dog; checks payable to C&C PALS.
If your plans change and you pick up your dog earlier than scheduled, we refund 50% of the missed sessions. Sessions are non-transferable. Once a training session is completed, no refunds are allowed.
If there is a medical emergency with your dog, that prevents you from coming to a scheduled Day Training session, we will need a note from your vet and credit will be given towards future C&C PALS’ training. We will try to accommodate changes within the limits of our schedule.

C&C PALS reserves the right to excuse any dog from Day Training that is exhibiting aggressive or inappropriate behavior without any refund.
